PAYMENT METHODS
You may pay for your purchase with Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We now also accept PayPal payments and have always offered our customers the option to pay by Check or Money Order. All of these payment options will be offered on the final chekout screen and all are handled on our secure server.

COD payments can be arranged but will carry an extra charge.

RETURNS
Shoes and harnesses may be exchanged for sizing reasons as long as they are unused and in perfect condition. The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

In order to protect all of our customers, we do not accept ropes, carabiners, and other technical gear for refund or exchange. We hope that you understand.

Before returning any item to us, please call 1(888)580-5510 for a return authorization.

PRIVACY
We will NOT sell, rent or give your email or mailing addresses or telephone number to anyone. Any information we receive from you or about you is held in confidence and used ONLY for internal order processing at our facility.

SECURITY
Use your Visa or Mastercard with confidence when you use our secure shopping cart order form. SHIPPING
We will ship any order in the contiguous United States for $4.95. Orders from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be charged actual shipping costs, which we will submit for your approval. We ship orders via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. We will gladly quote Next Day or Second Day UPS rates for your order; just e-mail us or call us toll-free at (888) 580-5510.

APO orders are welcome! Oversized or heavy orders to APO addresses may be charged actual shipping charges. We will give you a shipping quote and the option of cancelling your order. We value your service to the United States and will make every effort to ship at our Flat Rate.

Apart from APO orders - We do NOT ship outside the United States.
